If you try to buy from Star Atlas Marketplace, but your transactions fail

1. Make sure you have at least 0.03 SOL in your wallet
2. Make sure you have enough USDC for the purchase (note, that an an additional 0.23% fee is added on top of the purchase price by the Marketplace website in order to cover Serum dex fee)

If you tried to buy an asset on Star Atlas marketplace and USDC and asset are missing, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you used https://play.staratlas.com/market
2. Make sure that you have less USDC in you wallet than you had before
3. Verify you don't have outstanding open order
   
   • Go to the page where you bought the asset, for example, https://play.staratlas.com/dex/2W6ff8LajAwekXVxDARGQ9QFNcRbxmJPE2p3eNsGR7Qu and reload the page (Ctrl+F5)
   • Connect your wallet - circled area of the marketplace dex page
   • Check that you don't have open orders - they would show-up in the section denoted "Open Orders". If you don't see that section of the page, zoom out. Open orders are orders that you submitted, but were not executed on the market. For example, you sent an order to buy something for $100, but market moved at the meantime, and the item is not available at that price. In such case your buy order stays on the market in case someone will sell the asset to you at that price (this is not guaranteed, of course). You may need to wait at least 30 seconds for orders to show up some time. Let them load. Sometimes there are issues with getting data from blockchain and one needs to wait.
   • If you have an open order that you don't want, click to cancel it.
4. Verify that you don't have assets to claim in the inventory
   
   • Go to Inventory section of Star Atlas webpage https://play.staratlas.com/inventory
   • You may need to wait at least 30 seconds for orders to show up some time. Let them load. Sometimes there are issues with getting data from blockchain and one needs to wait.
   • If you see a gray rectangle with a Claim button on it, click the button. If the rectangle says USDC, then claim delivers USDC, otherwise it delivers the asset from the marketplace into your wallet. Note that claim process is currently necessary for every purchase, or for recovering USDC if for example you submitted a buy order or cancelled it, since only after the claim, the asset it moved from exchange into your wallet.
5. If these steps did not help to find your missing USDC or assets, go to https://app.step.finance/#/dashboard . Let the page load, since it's searching for wallet's assets across multiple markets and sources. When the page finished loading, scroll down to see if you have any assets to settle. The page allows to settle (claim) assets on each market individually, or all of them at once.
